Perfect — since Elite London Rides is the actual operator (not just a booking marketplace), I’ll adapt the Terms & Conditions so:
• All “AirportTransfer.com” marketplace language will be removed or replaced with direct service provider language.
• Liability, cancellations, payments, and contact references will reflect you as the sole service provider.
• Currency is GBP, with full refund if cancelled within 24 hours before pickup, otherwise non-refundable.

• All clauses about third-party Transport Companies will be removed since you own/operate the service.

1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Unless otherwise stated or the context requires a different interpretation, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
• “Elite London Rides”, “we”, “us”, and “our” means Elite London Rides, registered and operating in the United Kingdom.
• “Transport Services” refers to all transportation services provided directly by Elite London Rides for passenger transfers to or from airports, ports, and other agreed destinations.
• “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for Transport Services made with Elite London Rides.
• “Passenger” means any individual(s) using our Transport Services under a confirmed booking.
• “User” means a person who books or uses our Transport Services.
• “Vehicle Imagery” means that all vehicle images on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual vehicle may vary in brand, colour, model, or configuration. If a specific model is required, you must confirm this in advance.
• “You” or “Customer” means the person making the booking and/or using our Transport Services.
All bookings are accepted subject to these Terms & Conditions. By making a booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We are a licensed private hire operator providing premium transport services in London and across the UK. All vehicles and drivers are operated directly by us or under our licensed control.
3. CONTRACT
By booking with Elite London Rides, you are entering into a direct contract with us for the provision of Transport Services. We accept no responsibility for arrangements made outside our official booking system or without written confirmation from us.
When making a booking, you confirm that:
• You are authorised to act on behalf of all passengers in your booking.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all passengers in your booking.
4. BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone. Confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.
You are responsible for checking all booking details are correct. Incorrect details may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
• All prices are quoted in GBP and include fuel, driver charges, and standard taxes.
• Road tolls, parking charges, and congestion charges may be added if applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed securely via approved payment systems.
• Any bank or currency conversion charges are your responsibility.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or for no-shows.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. MEETING YOUR DRIVER
• You must be at the agreed pick-up location on time.
• If you are delayed, you must contact us immediately. Waiting time charges may apply after the first 15 minutes (airport pickups allow 60 minutes free waiting from actual flight landing).
• If we cannot contact you and you fail to show, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
8. LUGGAGE
• Standard luggage allowance: 1 large suitcase + 1 small carry-on per passenger.
• Extra luggage, oversized items (e.g., skis, bicycles), or special equipment must be declared in advance. Additional charges may apply.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
9. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in our vehicles.
• Passengers causing damage or excessive cleaning will be charged for repairs or cleaning fees.
10. CHILD SEATS
We can provide child seats if requested at booking. It is your responsibility to request the correct seat type. Availability is subject to confirmation. UK law requires appropriate child restraints for children under 12 years or 135 cm.
11. DISABLED OR SPECIAL NEEDS PASSENGERS
We will do our best to accommodate passengers with disabilities or special needs. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.
12. LATE BOOKINGS
We accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability. The sooner you book, the better we can guarantee service.
13. SERVICE DELAYS & LIABILITY
We will always aim to be on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. INSURANCE
Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport as required by UK law. We recommend you carry your own travel insurance for additional protection.
15. PRIVACY
We only collect the personal information necessary to provide your transport service. This includes your name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off points, and payment information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide your booking. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
16. COMPLAINTS
If you have any issues with our service, please report them to your driver immediately or contact us within 3 working days of your trip so we can investigate. Complaints made after this time may not be eligible for review or refund.
17. FRAUD & ABUSE POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity without notice or refund.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website and promotional materials is the property of Elite London Rides and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
